Graduation Migration

Dear Friends of Hope,

When the doors opened to Hope International in 2008 no one dared to dream that fourteen years later we would have a thriving Alumni Association.

Today, the Hope International Alumni Association, founded and organized by the alumni and led by president Florence Davies, gathers monthly to support the school, connect, and proudly represent Hope International.

Pictured here are the most recent graduates being inducted into the Association.

What a legacy they are creating. What a legacy you are creating.

Together, we are The Hope Project.

Bringing the Spirit and Beauty of Liberia to Your Table

Dear Friends of Hope,

Please mark your calendars for our second annual(un)Event on April 30th! In partnership with our team in Liberia, we have created a fundraising experience that brings the spirit and beauty of Hope International to your table. This year’s Box of Hope includes textiles and recipes shipped from Liberia just for you!

Be sure to watch your inbox and mailbox for details and information on how to purchase your Box of Hope and(un)attend from the comfort of your own home.

5 Scholars HOPE for Opportunity

Dear Friends of Hope,

The class of 2021 has now graduated and been celebrated. Together, we have supported these 103 students in achieving their milestone of a high school diploma.

Each year, we have the goal of awarding university scholarships for the top two graduates. Very few of them have the means to pursue a college education. Without scholarships, attending university is a near impossibility.

To date, through the generosity of this community, 13 students have had this dream realized.

Currently, we have 5 graduates, the top of their Hope International classes (2020 and 2021), who are awaiting this opportunity. We are looking for individuals or groups that would partner with these graduates to help them achieve their college dreams. Please meet two of these dream chasers.

Partner with Hope

We are hoping that some of you who learn of this might want to help. The costs for university are around $1,600 a year. It’s a big commitment with an enormous impact.

People have been creative in combining their resources to provide scholarship opportunities. Families, book clubs, giving circles coming together to support these graduates in their goals of continued education. Families of the students help in whatever ways they are able and with your generosity, a beautiful opportunity is created.
