At the same time as our local schools have closed, schools in Liberia have also closed in an effort to stave off the impact of COVID-19. We are in need of $1,000 to send immediately for sanitation supplies, ensuring that the school will be ready for the return of students when this happens.
Just as all of us together stood by our students, staff, and community through Ebola, we will again do the same. If we’ve learned one thing through all of this, we are each other’s safety net.
